Refund and Returns Policy

By-the-Cut Items & Harvest Hut Items

All sales final on By-the-Cut items purchased online or at the farm and add-on Harvest Hut purchases at the farm (i.e. honey, tea, baked goods).

By-the-Cut orders must be canceled 24 hours prior to pick up from the Harvest Hut at agreed upon time, and will be restocked after 3 days & a $15.00 restocking fee will apply to your next order.

Bulk Beef or Hog Reservations

Bulk orders must be canceled 7 days before haul date. Bulk order payments are due 30 days from Billing date, located on your invoice.

A $100 non-refundable deposit PER ANIMAL for bulk orders. If you order 1/4 beef and a 1/2 hog, your non-refundable deposit is $200. Electronic reservations will prompt you for the deposit. Call-in, Message, or Text bulk reservation deposits will be due immediately via Venmo @rusmenfarms or if paying by cash or check, we will schedule a time with you to pay at the farm.
